Second Saturday Servants - Christian Men, Women and Youth from around Lincoln County that are willing to join together on the 2nd Saturday of each month. (Starting December 12, 2009) to go into their community to do good work for those in need. They will serve the elderly, widows, single mothers, military families, families with disabilities and any one in need. All labor and material is free. Some of the responsibilities are:
- Small home repairs
- House cleaning
- Yard Work
- Painting
- Shoveling Snow
Anyone in need can pick-up an application at the Lincoln County Council on Aging, Meals on Wheels, food banks, or ask at your local church. You can also call 636-528-7935. The address is Second Saturday Servant, PO Box 44, Troy, MO 63379.
