Job Description:
Sheller Financial Services seeks experienced Assistant.

- The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years administrative experience.
- Must be skilled with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
(This will be tested during the interview process.)
- Good customer service skills - friendly personality and good attitude are a must as this person is the first impression to new clients.
- Good organizational skills with strong time management ability.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills and be able to communicate efficiently via phone, email and letter with professionalism and detail.
- Must possess the ability to work independently without supervision and the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities while demonstrating competence. The ideal candidate will be proactive, eager to learn and possess a strong service commitment.
- This position requires accuracy and attention to detail.
- Must be willing to accept daily instruction and carry out tasks to completion.
- Business dress is required, no visible tattoos. Must be willing to complete FBI background check/fingerprints.
- Candidate must agree to confidentiality agreement.
Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
