The Annual Troy FFA Greenhouse Sale at the Ag Building's greenhouse will be held on the following dates/times. Proceeds of the sale will be utilized to provide a variety of opportunities for the Troy FFA members throughout the year including conferences, camps, conventions and finance the greenhouse operations throughout the year.

On April 14, at 7 p.m. a Trivia Night will be held at Winfield High School to aid in sending a group of high school students on the trip of a lifetime.
A group of 11 students and teachers from Winfield and Troy High Schools are scheduled to depart this summer for a trip to Europe which includes stops in Dublin, London, and Paris. The Trivia Night , which will be themed "Around the World" is being held to offset some of the costs incurred by the students. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. with trivia beginning at 7 p.m. Tables will be limited to eight people. This will be an alcohol-free event due to its location on school property.

It's time again for the annual Lincoln County Council on Aging (LCCOA) "Miles for Meals" 5K Run/Walk and Walk-a-thon. Event registration starts at 7 a.m. at Clonts Field in Troy on April 14. The run/walk will start at 8 a.m. and the walk-a-thon will commence at 8:15 a.m. Awards will be presented to the top make and female finisher overall and to first, second and third places in each age division. Entry fee for the run/walk is $20, it paid before March 20 and $25 after. Those interested in the walk-a-thon must collect at least $20 in donations for a t-shirt; pledge sheets will be available when you register.
