Linda Rellerget, University of Missouri Extension Nutrition & Health Education Specialist, will teach food preservation workshops at the Lincoln County Extension Center in Troy on the first three Wednesdays in June from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The series of classes on home food preservation will teach the latest and safest ways to can, freeze and dry foods at home. Each session includes detailed information on each food preservation method, demonstrations and recipes. Sign-up for just one session or all three.
